Slub equipment

With ring spinning frames, the slub yarn is produced by varying the speed of the feed and intermediate roller and keeping at the constant speed the production roller. The raw material overfeed caused by the fast and controlled accelerations of Pinter equipment is what gives rise to the variations in yarn count, creating the combinations of slub yarn effects.

Multicount/multitwist Equipment

For producing multicount/multitwist yarn effects, Pinter has independent slub equipment whose flexibility permits the production of all manner of slub yarn types as well as its combination along the same yarn.

Multicount effect production follows the basic principles of slub yarns. In multicount production, there is a need to vary the speed of the production roller by means of additional servomotors to adapt the twist coefficient to each type of count combined along the same yarn.

The multitwist effect is obtained by means of applying different twist coefficients to the same yarn count. This effect is obtained exclusively by means of the controlled, accurate acceleration of the production roller.

• LCD programmer based on random system with capacity for 99 programs which   are 100% reproducible over the years.
• Slub entry and exit ramps.
• Cupboard containing system’s electric and electronic components with connection    ports for digital peripheral devices.
• Complete alarm system in case of fault.
• Special safety device to prevent breakage of yarns in case of drops in voltage.
