Given the characteristics of elastic filament, Pinter has developed a system which allows users to obtain maximum quality in elastic core spun yarn by designing a device which ensures precise control over the feeding of the elastomer, homogeneous drawing and its perfect insertion and covering.
Components:
- Creel with special surface finish for support and traction of elastomer bobbins.
- Positive creel feed system.
Mechanical gearing system or servomotor with electronic drive.
- “V”-shaped rotary guide with special surface finish and with the possibility of progressive lateral movement in both directions.
- Manual fixing device for the side to side movement (roving).
